I was one of the first creatives on Indeed’s social team, helping shape the brand from the ground up. I worked across job seeker and employer social channels, creating content in both English and Spanish. From tapping into existing trends to producing original work, I learned a lot working with creators and partners like Catch+Release, Shuttlerock, and Limelite.

Along the way, we doubled our VTW (view-through rate) benchmarks.

Three years and 100+ assets later, here are some of my favorites:

Influencing the Ads

Because everything our phones hear comes back to us in the form of an ad.

Answering Internet Questions

The goal: Get employers to understand Indeed products.

What we did: “Indeed experts” answering the hard-hitting internet questions.

Career Scout

Career Scout is Indeed’s new AI tool. It’s super-packed with everything a job seeker might need to land the job.

Hispanic Values

For Hispanic Heritage Month, we created a campaign centered on cultural pride by showing how your upbringing can equip you with real, transferable skills for the workplace.

Fall into the Right Job

Playing off of this tripping trend to show how easy it is to fall into the right job with Indeed.

Perfect Fit

We used gamified outfit transitions to promote Indeed’s job matching.

Pride

We used the GRWM trend to celebrate real people in the LGBTQIA+ community during Pride month.

Gen Z vs. Boomer

We used a popular format to talk about Indeed’s new profile features.

Opportunity Knocks

Taking the popular saying and pairing it with fun transitions.
