Jobseeker Hispanic Social
For Hispanic Heritage Month, we developed two campaigns rooted in cultural insight. The first reframed upbringing as a professional advantage, showing how everyday experiences in Hispanic households translate into real workplace skills.
The second tapped into a familiar dynamic: the overprotective, ever-involved Hispanic mom. We showed what happens when she’s introduced to Indeed’s features, using humor to highlight the job search in a relatable way.
Employer Social
Employers scroll just like everyone else. So instead of defaulting to dry product copy, we brought a more human, culturally relevant tone to Indeed’s employer content using the humor and formats people already respond to in their personal feeds, but tailored for B2B.
